Queen's Castle (60)

This is a picture of Windsor Castle. I wanted to make this look atmospheric and timeless so I converted to greyscale but then gave slight colour casts in the shadows, highlight and midtones in colour balance.

Windsor Castle is an official residence of The Queen and the largest occupied castle in the world. A Royal home and fortress for over 900 years, the Castle remains a working palace today.

Global warming :-)

I downloaded a trial version of flood plugin for PS and this image was just perfect for a test.

So I took my previous workshop, added a moon and then I just filled the foreground with water. That's how it looks like after 50-100 years from now, after global warming has taken place.

Scary, sad.... but hey, at least the picture looks quite cool :-)

Hi Karen

You took very nice picture of the Windsor castle, and you did nice pp as well.

I just thought to give a little bit more dramatic look and timeless feeling, by removing people out if the picture. Just cloning the road and grass with quite small brush size.

I hope you like the process.
