[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I call this Still Life because these trees are the remaining burnt victims of the criminal fires that devasted most of our regional forest Pinhal d'El-Rei, Mata Nacional de Leiria, originally planted by King D. Afonso III (1248-1279) and reached their end of life in 2017. All the other burnt trees were cut down into logs for wood.
