A lovely frontal capture of this squirrel, dear Jacline.
Good use of shallow DOF, thus producing a lovely bokeh BG to isolate completely the rodent! Perfect details and stunning eyes.
Well done for this neat work.
Very well done Jacline. That little guy is as sharp as can be .. all the great detail visible in his fur, and eyes as bright as can be! Love the soft green background too, as contrast.
(so sorry about your loss Jacline)
I like the exquisite capture here of this wonderful squirrel. Almost as if the animal was posing. The off center POV makes for a great image. Nice

Hi Jacline, I like the off centre pov and she contrasts nicely with the green bg.Love the tail sticking straight up over her head. Fiona
Very good capture of this squirrel with good focus on the head. nice background too.
Truly it is not the camera but the person behind it that
matters. It is a beautiful moment caught in all technical perfection.
The focus and aperture are just right to give
I am sorry to hear about your loss and I admire your resolve to
get back. Looking forward to seeing many more beautiful
pictures from you. Regards
A superb sharp closeup capture from a cute squirrel with amazing details, Jacline!
The colors are natural and focus is spot-on.
The POV and DOF are excellent, and clarity is well done.
I love the way this cute fellow is behaving in the shot.
Thanks for sharing.
Hi, this is a great comeback - capture of the squirrel with such a cute pose - very good sharpness and I love the tail with so much detail in the hair.
And then you look at the eyes - you put it soo right - I lam hungry !
Kind regards - Monika - I just wandered through your gallery - with lovely pictures - I lovenature but you have nice scenes of old farm bldg etc of Canada - and I am used to see them. You caught them really perfectly.
(I do not know you but I hope you will be yourself again soon)
Welcome back to Treklens. Hopefully you will be delighting us more often in the very near future with wonderful captures such as this!
It's nice to see a an uncommon subject on treklens. Great capture! The colours of the little creature contrast so nicely with the blurred, green BG. The detail and sharpess are excellent, like the effect of her wiry little tail against the BG. Good POV.
I think she enjoyed being photographed too! :-)
Thanks for the great capture!
Such a cutie, you managed very high clarity of detail and colour. The texture of his coat is a amazing, the eyes and nose grab my attention from the off. its almost unreal to the point you expect him to speak and say 'wheres me breakie' Great post, hope to see many more of this type of high tariff image.
