Fun for All of US

Oh what fun all of us had at Coyle Park, Point Chev, Auckland, last Sunday. There is a new playground - I will add a photo of it as a Workshop.

This is my son and granddaughter - he's helping her on the Flying Fox. At 3 she was very confident on it, but he is giving her an extra push.

I was sorry I couldn't go on it myself!!! Yeah, right!

I do love the spontaneity and playfulness of this posting Janice. The 1/640 shutter speed effectively froze the action sharply. Best regards.

This is a nice stop action shot Jannie! I would have preferred a little more contrast, just a tak, but I understand the super fast shutter speed for this. Good job lady!

Oh, what fun!
You have captured the tummy-tickling excitement of your granddaughter perfectly!
It is nice and sharp for such an action shot, whilst her head is well positioned in the frame.

The expression from your son is definitely an invitation for your turn next! I will look forward to that ... although it would have to be a w/s as you could hardly film it yourself!!

Hi Janice,

I don't know quite how to put it into words, but maybe pure joy/pure fun?? The expression on your granddaughter's face shows the joy of being a child, and of course papa's there to keep it safe for her. Good choice of shutter to stop the action, and the aperture setting has nicely blurred the background. TFS

Hi Janice.. lovely capture of your son and grandaughter...love both expressions. You are so good at quickly capturing such photos..I would still be wondering which way to take it! Great sharpness, well done. And thanks for showing the photo in the workshop, im sure your family will be taking lots of visits there now. :-)

Great capture of joy! Perfect catch of Phil and Charli a fine freeze of the action with the 1/640 shutter speed. Like the blurred background which enhances scene.
