Situated in the Eastern Carpathians chain in Harghita County, Romania. The name of "Lacul Roşu" (Red Lake) comes from the reddish alluvia deposited in the lake by the Red Creek.

Hi Alexandra,

Lovely capture of a mountain from Carpathian Range! I like the cloud hanging in the sky, bringing great mood into the picture. The green trees are perfectly shown. The landscape is overaal, a lovely place to enjoy at, I feel.

Salve Ale,
din nou aici. Vad ca ai umblat un pic prin tara. Am fost si eu de vreo doua ori la Lacul Rosu, dar drumul ... am crezut ca adun piesele cu farasul.
Peisajul este frumos, felicitari.
