Doing the summer 04 scavenger hunt on TE I happened to shoot this rather different duck-photo, a bit too different for TE IMHO, so I post it here.
The duck really has an uncanny likeness to the stuff found in the supermarket refrigerator. |

what is the secret to make images sooo sober and so fascinating at the same time? (Oh, sorry if i sound flatterer, not the intention at all.)
what a strange bird you caught... i would crop the upper part of the image to let it fly against the darkness and the weed on the right would give us the only hint to this curious pic. also, the title could be 'flying dino' and it wouldn´t sound awckward...
oh, yes, put the outtakes here, please. and your experiments as well. this site is more intimistic and some of us could learn from your work + have fun commenting it.
I took a few pictures of ducks myself and never got any that even came close to the weirdness of this one. I don't know if I would have been able to tell what it is without the title. Very good picture.
