How are you Elsa ! If I was a male bee I would surely be attracted to you, but I can surely admire your robe.
I love gardens that have this natural look, with a lot of green all around the flowers.
Something that brings the wilderness in your backyard.
The colors are superb here Derek and I love the composition with a side view of the garden.

When looking at Clematitses in teh stores i usually don't like them that much. It must be the suroundings becuase they look lovely in your garden. From what i can see, your garden look lovely. Mind if i come back when i bought a house, to get som inspiration for my garden? ;)
About the photo, i like the soft light it has made the colours veru full and ritch. You compositionis alo nice, restfull with the green foliage but made intresting with the flowers.

Elsa it is a refreshing pleasure to meet you. This is just lovely, as my mother says so pretty it cleans the sins from your soul. The grees, the malva and of course Elsa make a wonderful combination of colors and personality. Your garden looks like the perfect palce to rest and dream the day away.

Ces fleurs sont superbes, un avant-goût de la saison qui s'éveille si lentement. C'est un plaisir pour les yeux et j'aime l'angle de la photo. Belles couleurs.

Great colours! I like a lot the way the clematis rests in the foreground, and that you still can see the background, which gives you a hint of what lovely garden it is. Great composition!

I like the color balance. Though being very bright and having good contrast, they're kind of relaxed.
May be they are creating a cloudy day atmosphere... I don't know...

Elsa's gorgeous! Our clematis does well against the back wall of our house, for it gets sun pretty much until 2pm and the brick warms the soil after that. We've even had elephant ears overwinter there - amazing in zone 5.
