[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
A stone Buddha statue, in Phimai historical park, in eastern Thailand, which was once part of the Angkorean kingdom, centered on Angkor Wat. The Khmers now live in Cambodia.

I tried a total desaturation, to just illustrate the graphism, then went for a 45% increase in saturation, instead.

Great silhouette Chris, nicely framed. TFS

Very attractive photo! The darkness part of the picture provides more room for imagination.

An unusual but still nice perspective.
I would have preferred total desaturation cos I find the colour background distracting. A nice shot nevertheless. Well done Chris!

interesting, love the way you 'framed' it, (*_*)

Buddha is in. Buddha is the way. Your photo is not the standard thatís way I like it.
The background colours are good as well to balance the photo. Buddha haze a lot to say about balancing.

great idea to show this one. Very artistic.
I like it

Too bad the statue is actually out of focus, alghough it doesn't matter here. But you could do some PP to make the silhouette border more sharp.
Very interesting composition with excellent use of natural framing. Good job done!

So nice! The Hindu Kingdom went all the way to Indonsia or farther....... Later became Buddhist.

In shadow like that it please me for the way it put the mood into introspection.... Let me be in peace into my own frame :)
