Hello Gundega,
Fantastic subject and well executed(no pun intended there)
The b/w treatment is rich in tone and detail.
The cloth wrapping is placed so well.
The tattered/weathered wall is striking against the smooth beautiful skintone of your model.
There is some nice sexiness to this pict in my viewpoint. I find the model quite fitting and pleasent to view.
I do have a negative here. Not to cut off the toe on her right foot.
Other than that.......your ideas and concepts are extraordinary and indeed thought provoking.
The idea of Jesus as a woman.....Love it. I'm sure some people will be quite horrified with your presenting "Jesus" as a woman.
I give you great props for this openminded ideal.
Who knows.....for we shall never know in this world.
Everything becomes so translated and lost in story telling and through thousands of years of interpretation by individuals filters that Jesus might of been a woman.
Well, I just openend myself up to some backlashing. Oh well.
Nothing is sacred in this world except self exploration from my view.

Alright, back to the photo.
You instill emotion, creativity and future forward concepts that strike at ones being.
Always a pleasure to view your work, always a pleasure.

well done.

Perfect(except toe)
what a striking image and concept
Very well done...
(clap, clap, clap)

Hi Gundega,

What a dramatic atmosphere in this picture. Oustanding !
Excellent postwork.

This is a fantastic image Gundega,
The idea is superb. excellent sharpness and detail. Very original idea.
If I could give more than 2 points I would....

TFS. have a great weekend.

Hi Gundega, again a nice picture in your style with such a perfect light and exposition. Great atmosphere, nice model with sexy round shape and great attitude. maybe you should write a novel, the Gundega's code : )

Stunning image and a beautifully antagonistic title.
Jesus gave his life for humankind, the legend says ... women give their lives for far less!
The way you have posed your model and the wrapping of the scarf are so powerful and creative. This is truly excellent. Congratulations, and thanks for sharing!

that's just awesome!
great compo and bw

Yes! I like the model pose but I think her expression isn´t suitable.
So you are right with B/N

Fantastic subject and well executed!

you are an amazing photographer. i really admire your work. very well done. i just wish you wrote a little note about your model, setup and other conditions. but in any case, excellent shot.

I really envy your choreography skills! :o) The backgound, the positioning of the model and the pose - it all fits together perfectly! And what could have been a bit much in color looks beautiful here in B/W...

this is a classic..

beautiful tones here gundega :)
love the impact from the comp
excellent work :)

Beautiful, very sexy, none of the described suffer;)

Very good, can't say more...

Only reason Jesus wasn't a woman is because back in the day in the Middle East nobody would have listened to her....come to think of it if the Messiah visited today as a woman people still wouldn't listen. Sad...thanks for bringing up the subject though, very good approach to the issue and possibility. Only thing I am worried about is the slightly seductive facial expression of the woman contradicts the theme and question of whether Jesus was a woman or not. I will say this though, I certainly think women suffer more. We almost always have....TFS.

Great shot. The cloth follow so well the body.
But in regard of Jesus, she has her head looking up (felt a little pain on her face)

Interesante pregunta!

Muy buena idea!...
Luces estupendas, y meravilloso B&N.

ademas me parece encontrar una nitidez perfecta en ls texturas, tanto en la pared, como en su piel...

te felicito una vez más Gundega!!

Hello Gundega,

beautiful photo, pause, scenery...

no other comment i guess

That so-called woman jesus doesn't seem to be sufferin' very much in your photo :)

The photo itself is good.

Fine photograph. But the feel of sensuality all over the image detracts from the stated theme. However, who is to decide what a woman messiah might be like ...
Very well made photograph. But I wish we had a little more information in the note.

Une photo artistique, une question qui peut déranger.....
Je respecte le travail et l'idée mais le résultat ne me plait pas.
Et je dis aussi : Jesus était un homme, un vrai, c'est ma réponse à ta question !

This is beautiful, good composition and PP treatment
