[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The old Angkorian Kingdom of Cambodia once ruled this eastern part of Thailand & there was a stone road to the capital of Angkor Wat near Siem Reap. Phimai today is a sleepy Thai town, with this impressive, well kept, historical park.

Hi Chris,
Very nice capture of that old ruins. I like the inclusion of the tree that frame it. Very well done.

PS: Thank you very much for your comment on Solar Eclipse

Hi Chris,
A well composed shot of Angkor Wat! The off-centred old tree provides the perfect frame. I get the feeling somehow that the weight seems greater on the left and perhaps a little rotation clockwise may shift the weight to the right.

Hi Chris,

Amazing place!
The building(?) is incredible, it surprise me its architecture! Nice idea to include the tree in your composition! Lovely colours and POV!
Very well done!

Hi Chris,
I missed this one, it's beautiful.
I visited this place such a long time ago in 1990. Last year I saw Cambodia, now the memories come back while looking at your shot.
It's wonderful with the old tree in the front, thanks for sharing

I do not know if I saw this, or not. The heat is unbearable, I was melting and it was winter. BUT I think I went here..... I wish I could go back again, and this time, not let the rickshaw drivers overwhelm me with their rudeness, just leave them, if they are not waiting in the right place....... I had to fight nonstop.... One drove about 2 miles an hour, because his pay was by day, took me one place said it was enough. I went a few more, but gave up, paid him less, had him threaten me, follow me, call me names, but I just went in my hotel and ignored him..... I did love all these wonderful places! Your picture is a reminder of the beauty of other places!
