Hi TL Folks,

i missed TL for a while. so busy with work and other stuff.

I had a chance a few weeks back to have some dune bashing or what we call here desert safari.
I was spotting some landscapes on some sand hill with my grad filters when i saw this tourist posing for what seems to be a classic jumpshot.
She was not aware that i took a photo of her jumping so i might call this a candid shot. =D

The desert, though barren is a beautiful place especially when the sand is undisturbed by human feet and vehicle tracks.

A display of human emotion, one can define it in many ways and in a lot of words.

thanks for the peek.

Bravo et amitié

Hi Ian,

I'd rather take pics of sand dunes than shovel snow right now; there's over 30 inches of snw on the ground and I need to dig up my car. Fantastic blues - aided by your ND filter. You are both lucky and skillful in incorporating the jumping accidental tourist. Good to see you posting again. Cheers

Nice shot Bro, like the contrast of sky against the dunes though, I preferred more space on the bottom (ganda kc ng sand eh, but it just mine). Nag s solo ka ah.

Buds

Hi Ian,
Very nice simple compo, the desert is indeed great as color and texture, with those dunes and under the blue sky.I understand the joy of that tourist, it must be tremendous to walk/jump on those dunes, far from the cities and crowds.
Have a nice Sunday !
Andreea

Hi Yan,
Nice to see you back, dear friend!
I like the joyful mood of this scene!
And what an excellent capture! You have frozen the movement so well with the splash of sand. The contrast with blue sky and the golden dunes is really intense. Very sharp and clear image! Annie
