This is Viking Village, a popular tourist attraction of this Icelandic town. There are festivals, performances, exhibitions about viking culture.

You can read more about the town here:

Hafnarfjrur or Hafnarfjordur ['hapnarˌfjrr̥] is a port city located on the south-west coast of Iceland, about 10 km south of Reykjavk. It is the third most populous city in Iceland, after Reykjavk and Kpavogur, with a population of 25,434. The population of Hafnarfjrur reached 25,000 in February 29, 2008.
As the third largest city, Hafnarfjrur has established local industry and a variety of urban activities, with annual festival events.
The town is the site of an annual Viking festival, where Viking culture enthusiasts from around the world display reconstructions of Viking garb, handicraft, sword-fighting, etc.
Tourists with a New Age mindset enjoy a guided tour of the habitats of elves and other hidden people in the town area.
Hafnarfjrur is now arguably considered to be the rock n' roll capital of Iceland (a title that once belonged to Keflavk). Popular Icelandic bands such as Botnleja, Jet Black Joe, HAM, Sign, lpa, Vicky, Lada Sport and Jakobnarna all trace their origins to the town of Hafnarfjrur.

HI Kristof
The decorations on the roof are very similar to what they used to have on their boats.
Very interesting architecture that is well captured
The last time I saw grass on a roof was in Alaska, it is an interesting shot.

hi Kristof

This is very interesting! I thought it was Thailand! Good to see your sharing of such kind of architecture from Iceland because the roof artwork is really quite unusual and very well placed in position of your composition to the bright blue sky. The black and white of the wall contrasts well with blue sky. Very clean POV.
