-initial adjustments of exposure, recovery, fill, and blacks done in Lightroom
-increased contrast slightly using the curves graph in Lightroom
-increased vibrancy by about 20% in Lightroom
-sharpened and adjusted levels in CS3

A great shot. I like how you got some light into the eyes - they just need catchlights. Without them the eyes are flat. Good composition.

hello David

Nice close up shot of the monkey with good bokeh. The sharpness here is important especially on the face because it will help to show the eyes although it would be fantastic to have the eyes looking into the lens.

The monkey face itself with the dark color to contrast with the body hair in milky tone can generate very good appeal.
