Charles Bridge by night. This was taken with help from a friend. The original was posted on Trekearth. However, since then I have learnt a little about post processing and believe this has been improved.

Bonjour Jean,
J'aime beaucoup cet effet "étiré" des lumières dans l'eau. Belle composition.

Hello Jean,

This is beautiful.
I like the symmetry of the bridge, the lighting, the POV and the reflections.

Well captured. Tfs Tracey

Hai jean,
beautiful.Good picture here.
Well done

Hello Jean,

A very good shot with the multicoloured reflections. I think I might be tempted to get rid of the branch hanging down at the top centre, which is a bit distracting to the rest of the picture.

Did you use a filter to get the starry effect of the lights?

hi Jean,
Great shot, the colours are excellent, looks like you might have had a star6 filter on that has added really well to the image, I like the tree to the right but the branch at the top left and center is a little distracting, maybe a lower POV if it had bee possible would have been better.
Tfs Andy

Hi Jean
A great shot of Charles Bridge by night...
Composition is great....
POV is excellent.... colour is good and I have to agree with Peter on the centre branch...
All the same a great Photo.... Well Done TFS

Thanx for the comments on the winter beach

Hello Jean,
This is a really interesting shot. Water is always interesting, but it is even more interesting when it has coloured lights gleaming across its surface. Great composition.
Kind regards,
Bev :-)

Nice evening shot, well done!

P.S. About a fish you asked which. We think that it is an Electrical Scat(in russian mean). Thanks for comment!

Very nicely captured the reflections. Bright and colourful image. Must have used star light filters!

Hi Jean

Nobody is perfect. Of course, there maybe some things that could have been done smoother here, but I would like to point out that I really like your POV.
The refelctions of the illuminations are wonderful.

What could be improved? just some thoughts
- Maybe a HDR would avoid those star-effects on light
- Maybe toggle down ISO -if possible?
- In this case: Get rid of the branch/twig in the top centre; the left one is ok for me *g*
- A little bit more sharpness?

Nevertheless - I like it :)

Couleur superbe , reflets de laser presque, réflexion sans reproches,, Super... Réal.

Hi Jean
Beautiful reflections and great mood.

I love night photos and yours is just amazing. I particulary like how the lights are stars... And the reflection in the water. It ios a really great POV and no matter what you did in PP work, the final product just looks great.

Hi Jean !
This looks interesting. Perhaps the exposure could have been slightly lower (perhaps by one stop).
But it's a good effort all the same.

Best regards, Daniel

Good choice on using smaller aperture to get those stars. I find that they enhance your composition. cheers!
