My contribution to the Friday's theme old proverb, it is link to the story of the turtle and the hare. I know the proverb in french, I am not sure how to write it in English, A stitch of to photos to create the picture.

Hello Pierre, one proverb that I am reminded of is...."More haste less speed." Is that the one that you are thinking of?
I like the two shots side by side to illustrate the proverb; and that both vehicles are coming towards you.
Good sharp focus in both pictures, and very colourful too.

I like the two images to illustration your addition to a proverb. More haste certainly fits the scene.
Very nice collage of the old and the not very new. Both nicely captured with good lighting and dof with nice details. Well done, tfs.
