|Its taste was great! The chicken was cooked with sauces, and a bit grilled, which can be eaten at many places in China. The six dark greens was Laba garlic pickled with vinegar in December or January in Northern China.|

Before my first of three visits to China I read that Chinese cuisine is the most refined in the world, including French cuisine, and I totally agree. Apart from certain kinds of food that I just will not touch, it simply is the best. I am sure the flavour of this chicken is most appetizing.
