Its taste was great! The chicken was cooked with sauces, and a bit grilled, which can be eaten at many places in China. The six dark greens was Laba garlic pickled with vinegar in December or January in Northern China.

Before my first of three visits to China I read that Chinese cuisine is the most refined in the world, including French cuisine, and I totally agree. Apart from certain kinds of food that I just will not touch, it simply is the best. I am sure the flavour of this chicken is most appetizing.
