|This is a scene from the lower slopes below the Mount Teide plateau in Tenerife. The trees look to me like props on a model railway, or an architects model. The light coloured clumps in the background are plants, they look a bit like sheep to me! The mist was floating across and made for a beautiful, but hard to capture image. I took some images in mono too, and will post one later.|

It seems as if there had been a bush fire, hence the black colour of the ground. And maybe that caused the appearance of the trees. Is it mist or smoke I wonder? A pleasant image to view.
