[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
A late afternoon view of my favorite (so far) canyon. If you look very closely, you can see a person who happened to be sitting on a rock by the stream when I took the shot. This is an adult woman of average size, which should give you some idea of the scale of this canyon.

Unfortunately, some of the foliage is in motion and so not distinctly sharp. My exposure log has the notation "wind" for this exposure.

Thanks in advance for any and all comments and critiques!

P.S. Having greatly improved my neg scanning skills, I have reposted a recent rescan of this photo 1-2-09 DE

Nice one don excellent shot.nice composition.

Really nice shot Don great colors great composition.

An amazing location Don.

The shifting foliage doesn't really bother me. I like the composition and the contrasts in this shot - the barren, harsh rock walls vs. the soft and green foliage below. The blue-tinted reflections in the water at the base of the shot is a great detail.

Technically also a good job on the scan!
