Hello Rew,

Thanks a lot for your visit and for your useful critique ;o)

I'm glad you appreciated the suggestiveness of this picture, giving space to the viewer's imagination (hence my concise note).

As I explained to Annie, this picture is the last one of a series of eight I took, representing a young lady entering a village and being confronted with the crucified Christ. Somehow, this confrontation with the "real" world (in which not everything is "good") makes her loose her innocence and she decides to console Him.

By posting this photo, I wanted to know whether it could have a (strong) meaning when shown separately. Reading your critique, I think I may conclude it can ;o).

As to my signature, I agree it isn't nice, but it has nothing to do with ego-boosting. Call it a statement: I am fully aware that it can be removed quickly, but I just hope it makes potential "thieves" at least think twice before acting. When uploading a photo showing people I know very well, I even tend to be a little more "protective", by rizing the font size of my signature. Maybe useless, but of symbolic value to me. It's a matter of respect. In a perfect world, I wouldn't do this. I hope you can understand my view.

Kind regards, Rew, and C U later ;o)
Erik
