Nice to hear from you after so long. Yes they are wild ones, and are located inside the Uda Walawe National Park. But they are not quite like their counterparts in Africa, which I think are considered to be very dangerous. Instead they're quite placid, and easily domesticated. They are used extensively for work in the fields. Buffalo milk is also consumed in SL.Curd made from it is delicious.
