Kia Ora, I'm Steven originally from Auckland, New Zealand, I enjoy photography as a hobby. Every Camera I upgrade to helps me take better photos and allows me to be more creative.
I believe a sharp quality image is the most important thing when capturing any photo, whether the subject is interesting or not, I can't stand blurry photos.
I am keen to learn more about photography and welcome viewers feedback.
Yay finally Treklens has increased it's allowed photo image size from 200kb to 300kb, thank you Treklens for allowing myself and other users to add more detail into their photos. Next upgrade should be to allow 1024 x 768 image size to really provide impact on screen
I challenge all Treklensers to take the sharpest most clear and focussed photos possible no matter what their camera or lens is.
Also Treklensers please try to use the maximum allowed resolution 800 x 800 @ 300Kb if possible or near enough to, this will ensure your photos display to the best quality allowed by this website and allow the detail to be seen
I see too many photos posted that are not focussed, dull and / or tilted.
Handy tip for taking a better than average photo:
Aim at your subject, hold the camera as steady as possible (use a tripod or something solid to lean against), frame subject, focus, take photo. Easy peesy, even I can do it
