 closer crop | graemann
(5166) [2009-02-04 16:05:23] [1] | Ok please excuse my PP. I am PPing in the house with a low resolution Laptop. I got my eyeglasses on. But still can't see the result. I often times PP in the office. I got a bigger screen and the details I see very good.
Anyway here's what I did:
1. Crop 10x8 with 300pc.
2. Adjust brightness & Contrast.
3. Add Surface blur.
4. Luko's sharpening.
5. Save and post.
Although i usually use Noise ninja to soften some parts or remove noise. I opted to use Surface Blur. I just wanted to try it for this one.
What I want to show, closer crop can make a difference. 2 is now placed conforming to the rule of thirds. Even with the Diagonal rule method, I think. Corrected the Exposure a bit.
Hope you had fun like i did.
Thanks. |

(5166) [2009-02-01 22:14:10] | My Laptop screen is not good right now. I am seeing less also. When I viewed it in my office PC, I notice the sharpening was horrible.
I need to lessen it and this is the result. Same work flow.
Thanks for visiting. |

Very frustrating When EXIF is not there.
Thanks. |

Crop and Adjust contrast | graemann
(5166) [2008-11-17 23:48:37] [1] | Here are the things I did in CS3:
1. Adjust contrast.
2. Cropped it down
3. found too noisy, apply Surface blur 5/10 settings.
4. Apply Luko's Sharpening at 30% opacity.
5. Apply frames
6. Touched with your name on it.
I wanted the hut to stand out and show a very rich colored surroundings. Maybe B&W is not so good afterall. Tried it. And this is much much better.
Hope you get an idea on this one. |
