I thought about adding color to the faces using Photoshop

1 - selected each part with polygonal lasso tool
2 - Changed the color balance on each selection

Just converted to B&W using Channel Mixer, and then used Hue/Saturation in Colorize mode to make it blue.

I think it feels even colder now :-)
