1. Increase saturation.

3. Darkened the sand and grass a little
4. Dodged tigers face to give it more impact

je ne suis pas une pro de la retouche. j'utilise Photofiltre, gratuit et très facile d'utilisation.
pour ta photo j'ai :
1) recadré l'image,
2) augmenter le contraste et la saturation,
3) diminué les gamas
4) apporté de la netteté et un encadrement

I selected the OE sky and the bays under the bridge with the magic wand set to 20% tolerance.
With the eyedropper tool selected the blue over the third pylon from the left.
Using the bucket fill tool set to 30% opacity, filled the areas twice.
Deselected the magic wand...and Voilla!
I hope this helps you in a similar situation.
