The composition is great, I like this kind of subdued light with flower macros a lot, too...
Concerning sharpness/crispness, this could be EVEN better, don't get me wrong, it is sharp, but not as good as it could be - the water droplets lack this crystal - clear look I am used to from Katyas and Martine's close-ups with the Canon 100mm Macro... - did you use a tripod? What f-stop? Maybe you even over-sharpened it, using a wrong radius with USM? This is a very good macro with a great compo, I am just wondering why it is not perfect... what you could further improve...
