A street scene that I like, the b&w is a good choice.
Interesting observation well timed in my opinion.
I like the title too, that chair tells a story.
Maybe people would understand better if there was a yellow submarine in the middle of the street ... Who knows ?
But maybe there is nothing to understand, as simple as that.

Hi Michael
A good capture of curiosity from the bicyclist. The use of B&W enhances the shot too. A nice example of photojournalism I think.
