[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is my final shot from a bunch of photos taken at last year's British & World Ploughing Championships in York.
This pair of lovely beasts have been ploughing a field and are waiting patiently for the ploughman to turn them around and pull the plough through the soil for another row of straight furrows.

This shot has been cropped and converted to B&W with a sepia tone added. Some dodging & burning to help with the contrast and sharpness and to pull out the highlights.
The original was taken in RAW format so I was able to pull through some detail from the horse's eye that was in deep shadow - pulling any harder meant that the image got a little too grainy.
Finally a stroke (border) was added to finish the framing.
Hope you like it.
