Nothing like a good old summer storm...I had trouble getting anything on this night because it was raining that heavy most of the time that all you could see was the bright light lighting up the whole sky.. Taken through the door on the balcony.. I think one of these is the one that woke my son up in his unit near the beach.. Its hard to get these shots since the landlord put in a new 6 ft high fence..When you go upstairs you get the blasted trees in the way..Time to sneak out there with a saw..

Hi Fiona,
Fantastic capture of the 3 lightning strikes, I presume they didn't happen all at once and that the 15 sec exposure captured 3 separate strikes, pity you couldn't get a clear shot, not sure what the 3 dark bands are
