|My beautiful friend has passed away from cancer. Many of you knew her here on TL as TTreen. Her battle began last year and she passed on july 21, 2016. Many many of us here on TL are still friends, although on other social media and Tricia was still very much in our lives.|
I had the honor of meeting her in October of 2009.

TRICIA TREEN 07/21/2016
NORTH ATTLEBORO - Patricia "Tricia" Treen, 46, of Johnson Street passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, July 21, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Tom Treen for over 23 years and devoted mother of Sara MacKenzie Treen and Noah Thomas Treen. Mom was so proud of her children. Sara is entering her fourth year at James Madison University and Noah is entering his second year at Norwich Military University.
Born October 31, 1969 in Framingham, she was a daughter of Carol (McLaughlin) and her husband Mal Hood of North Attleboro and the late Daniel McLaughlin.
Tricia grew up in North Attleboro and was a 1988 graduate of North Attleboro High School. She was a devoted homemaker who took pride in raising her two children. She was actively involved in their school and extracurricular activities including football and softball. Tricia was a special person beloved by family and friends.
She also enjoyed gardening and was talented at sewing. She was also an amateur photographer who loved taking pictures and belonged to Trek Lens. Tricia and Tom travelled extensively and visited many countries in their journeys.
In addition to her husband, children and mother she is survived by two sisters: Colleen Leland and Kelly Cameron both of North Attleboro; and was "Auntie" to several nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, July 28 from 4-7 p.m. in the Sperry & McHoul Funeral Home, 15 Grove Street, North Attleboro. A funeral service will be held at the conclusion of visitation at 7 p.m.
