I think you could crop a little of the sky and a little, not all, of the FG off but very good as is. Well done.

HI Jonathan you captured a very nice atmosphere with the warm tones of the sky and the lights with their reflections. I think I would have a little of the foreground but a very nice shot.

Its refreshing that we can have different opinions and no-one is right and no-one is wrong. Personally, I would remove some of the foreground and keep the sky. Plus maybe a very small part of the left hand side. But it was your decision, so who is to say you are wrong?
Nothing else i would change.

I like this scene and the result with iso 100, Oh I see you used a tripod.
Interesting atmosphere, I like the rendering of light and colors on the water.
