the sea is deep blue and very clean
no sharks around
can see carettas and flying fish

The subject is very centrally placed and no real interesting focal point. Rather like a quick snap shot instead of a thought out photograph.

so what ? we are just here to learn ! Rules are not importants if the subject is strong.
I see the first line in your intro is "i do appreciate your sincere critiques". There are accepted rules of photography, and you are correct when you say so what. If it looks right it is right, whether the photo obeys the rules or not. Maybe you could have accepted the critique with a little more grace.
When I think of sailing, I think of freedom, but the tight composition of this photo removes any feeling of freedom. The mast is quite close to the top of the photo so feels a little cramped. The yacht lacks some detail and I wonder whether a polarising filter would have brought out a little more colour.
