|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|I took this portrait of my daughter just before she went to her Senior Prom. She is my oldest of 6 daughters and she looked stunning. I took about 50 pictures but this is the one that turned out the best in my opinion. |
For this shot I used a 28-75mm lens with exposure set to 1/80. The aperture set at f/5.6 and an ISO of 160. I used one flash off camera to my left for the shot. . I used a black drop cloth for the shot and changed the BG in photoshop elements. I did minor adjustments to color saturation in Lightroom. I thought it turned out pretty good however, I am interested in your opinions. I look forward to reading your comments and critiques.

You have a very lovely daughter, she is so beautiful. Adorable smile.
I like the harmony of tones of her dress with the background and the rendering of light.
I am far from being a specialist in portraits but to me, that's fine. I like this portrait.
I agree with Daisy about the harmony of colours between FG and BG. It is a very beautiful image and I have no suggestion for improvement. Just a pleasure to view. Well done.
This portrait is one of the stunning picture of the week "inside and outside"
