[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
As I was working in the studio, my dog saunters in with his ball looking for someone to play with him. The ball was a yellow translucent with floating sparkles and I thought it would be interesting if I shot a speedlite through it. So...........................

As always, ALL opinions are welcomed.

Canon 5d iii w/100mm macro lens set to ISO 100, AV f/32, TV 1/200"
Speedlite @ 24mm -2

The dog wasn't happy.

Hi Terry

As always, and I think it's just me, I'm looking for a focal point. Technically, this is very well done. I think it would make a good background, but as I said, it needs a focal point. It must be just me because I say that about many photographs.
2 for the technical aspect.

A beautiful sunshine looking indeed the world of bubbles
and also bright BY 2 DIMENSIONED-LOOKING lights well done TERRY WAGGONER

Bom dia Terry,
We can see the pleasure of seeing and conceiving a picture so special and so little likened to what was the model.
Gives to joy to see.

Excellent idea, I really like the result.
I immediately think of something effervescent like a lemon drink, I like these colors.
Great details and precision. It is aesthetic and well done.
But most important to me is how you've got the idea to do this.
A situation, a detail, a feeling etc. And the idea comes, then the work ...

Hi Terry,

I was trying to guess what on earth these bubbles are, and tried to not read your note before guessing, but I lost. I thought at first I'm looking at some exotic water plant ;-)

That speedlite is actually a really good idea, I must get myself one of those.

Very nice play here, good focus. Poor doggie, but look what results his toy produced! :)

Cheers,

Nathalie

Made me think of "the Matrix".
You are surprised.
Don't know what it is.
Just swallow the atmosphere.
