[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The flower is awakening
Diaphanous and bold out of the dark to adorn the day.
Experiencing a new lens.
Ah, the flower is a Brazilian orchid named Masdevallia infracta the only species of this genus existing in Brazil.

Hi,

Thanks to share very rare and beautiful flower pic with us. Very interesting.

Hi Raimundo
This was an interesting creation with the pitch black background. The only source of light is an indirect one; the plant... and the effect of the contrast is very efficient and powerful. It has a 3-d effect and I think it's really well done. Maybe I'll copy / steal your technique.
Ciao

Hi Raimundo,
Clever use of available light has given emphasis on the delicate orchid and the black BG creating a 3D feel.Great take MF.
