|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|This leopard had recently fed on a killed Oryx calf and was awakening from a postprandial nap when we|
radio-homed-in on him (her?). He (she?) wasn't the least annoyed and continued to catch a bit more shut-eye. After 15 minutes or so, (s)he got fed up with the intrusion and slowy moved on. I shot this photo from a distance of not more than 5 m. Thank you, Stella, for
having cropped it nicely.

Awesome capture of the wild. I like the intense look that the leopard is giving. Still aware you are there, nap or no nap. Nice capture.
Indeed a lovely moment of a lovely wild life image well done
Hi Michael, napping or not there is still an intense look in those eyes...Dont mind it being hidden in the grass at all. Fiona
The eye contact through the grass is phenomenal.Perfection on the sharpness and clarity. I am always looking for them but only see in the distance and for short moments, so this must have been an incredible moment.
