Agapanthus Bud in Soft Focus
|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|I kwon there are a lot of Agapanthus photos around the web, but I couldn't resiste posting this one. I think the soft focus, instead of pin sharpness, works well here. It wasn't on purpose though :)|
I used a polarizer because it reduces glare from sunlight and that helps to keep contrast and warm tones.
Not necessary to write on PP process since I have done nothing new. I've been using the same procedures for a while, always in Lightroom.

Beautifully captured and well thoughtful use of polarizer. I like the composition and the use of shallow depth of field. TFS
I do agree with you the subject fits softly into the blurry BG, and yet well defined, a clever piece of camera work, well done.
Beautiful composition and I like the placement of the bud. Good use of the narrow dof with nice details. Wonderful colors. Well done, tfs.
Hello Lauro, agapanthus are another of my favourites, and your choice of a soft focus works really well here.
I assume that this will be white flower?
The soft and darker green bokeh is beautiful, well done.
Apesar de eu preferir uma tomada de maior definição quero saudar o uso emotivo de foco mais mais macio.
Hi Lauro, The soft focus works very well with the polarizer here. Beautiful DOF to stand out the shape of the plant. Thank for sharing
