[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I chose this shot because I liked the dark stormy looking sky, and the sign on the harbour wall stating "SLOW SPEED" which seemed to fit the theme!

Taken in Padstow harbour.
Thanks for looking.

Nice atmospheric shot with the heavy sky and wake of the little boat. Good entry to theme.

Hi jean,
A great thought, we mostly think of fast speed and you have really a good thought with this slow speed image. Clever composition too have included the sign, it really puts thought to the scene. A combination of dark sky and the name on the boat gives one a thought.Well captured and Happy Easter.

Nice subject for this weeks theme Jean, looking at that sandbank, I would assume one would need to know these water well, when operating a boat large or small.
Looks like the weather we had today while visiting a Tulip Bulb Farm.

I like your choice of positioning of horizon ans amount of water.
The arc of disturbed water creates the focal point.

Happy Easter.

I like the strong contrast between the pier and the boat, contrast blue/red, contrast of the white wave in the greyish sky-water, all this in the sweetness of the tones of the sands and the soft shapes of the landscape. A masterpiece !
Kind regards
