I photographed this zebra family at the Krugersdorp Game Reserve. They are truly very beautiful animals to photograph.

Hi Laurette, oh to tell where one body ends and another begins...The lines are so crisp and really stand out without the distraction of the bg and the narrow dof. The slight tilt to the horizon is noticeable but with the angle of the zebras I suppose it is the lay of the land.Fiona

Like this. Sharp with good contrast. I think b&w and zebra makes a good combination. The four heads looking in the same direction creates harmony. Just enough space in front of the zebra (can even do with a bit more).
Well done and TFS

Oh wow!

A stunner.
I love the way the pattern grabs the eye.

Hi, very impressive thx for sharing.

Hi Laurette, I agree with you that Zebras are very photogenic animals. They have natural born patterns on their bodies. Nice composition with good B/W tones along with details. Thank for sharing

Hello Laurette,
A very striking image of these zebra that you isolated so well from their environment. Standing side-on they are best displayed and with good choice of B&W for this image. They presented you with their best view and you took very good advantage of it. Although you are new here, I do not think you are new to photography. Well done and please keep posting.

Hi Laurette,
Clever use of light with the almost burnt out BG really putting emphasis on the well focused zebras. This is a great monochrome image with a strong point of focus.Well captured.

Hello Laurette, a lovely family group!
Their markings are fabulous aren't they?
I like the choice of black and white with a pale vignette[?] to focus our eyes on the group.
Tfs, regards Jean.

Hi Larurette…very nice photo. Great tones and sharpness…good work.
