NewBridge, one of many that span the rivers running off the moors, Its a narrow bridge which has only room for one car at a time and passing places for walkers to stand as this was built in the 1400's when horse drawn carts were the only traffic of the day.

Newbridge or New Bridge is a Grade II listed medieval bridge over the River Dart, constructed of the local granite, quarried from the Moors.

Bravo et amitié

I think more than half of the bridges in the U.S. are in bad condition and maybe need to be replace, whereas this bridge constructed hundreds of years ago is still standing and functional. That says a lot about modern architectures. Awesome pov and dof with nice details. Well done, tfs.

Your very low pov brings out the beautiful workmanship of the bridge and the rippling waters strengthens the shot by providing interesting contrast. Nicely done

Hi Steve,
Fascinating image created with the angle used. Excellent depth with good details especially the old bridge.

Hi Steve, Well thought perspective with life along with nice dynamic tonal range. The length of the water gives awesome depth to the composition. Thank for sharing

Hi Steve, a very good PoV, making the most of the view through the arch right to the vanishing point of the river.
The grey sky adds to the cool feeling.
A good selection of textures.
Tfs, regards Jean.

Hi Steve…nice dramatic tones and contrast…good work.

Hi Steve
I like the composition with the old bridge as main subject. The medieval architects were great.

Hi Steve!
Nice place, good picture. Well taken, good point of view. Regards Csabi
