[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I have posted a lot of interior shots lately because the temperatures have been so low outside (yesterday was -37 with the wind chill). I did venture out yesterday however and took a few shots. This shot shows the ice in the river, along with university bridge and the hospital.I wanted to see how my manual Tokina performed outside. After having camera and lens outside in winter can lead to condensation but I have read that it helps to place them in a plastic bag to slow down the warming process. I used a freezer food bag.

Thanks for sharing this scene of your freezing weather David.
You were very brave to go out in such extreme temperatures.
The PoV with the bridge featuring strongly in the composition is very good.
Tfs, regards Jean.

Hi David,
Interesting strong lines and arches formed by the bridge as one is drawn across into the BG of square shaped buildings. The steam off the river adds additional interest.
