Isn't it sad to see such places and homes left to ruin like this - to imagine that once there was a family enjoying life there and the building would have been lovingly look after. And now, it's just about ready to collapse into a pile of timber to be forgotten about forever.
What a great shot, lots of detail and excellent use of B&W. I'm assuming you've used HDR here? It certainly has that high contrast HDR look to it.
