Hello Sequoia,
Interesting that you seem to have been named after the genus of big trees - and to find one in the tundra where trees do not exist :) But, to be serious, may I please make a few comments? A beautiful sunset and you did well at the low shutter speed. I suggest the rule of thirds would have worked better here as the vehicle, in my opinion, is too centrally placed in the image. The thick "line" running across the image about a quarter of the way up from the bottom would be difficult, but not impossible, to successfully clone out but a really low point of view may have helped and may have put even more emphasis on the vehicle. Please forgive me the "arrogance" but I would not have commented had I not thought your photo to have much merit. Best wishes.
