[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This photo of Aspen was processed with NIK's Silver Efex Pro. This program is for black and white conversion and has some useful effects. In this case the Vignetting worked well to isolate Aspen in the center of the photo and emphasize her eyes.

Hi Steve, superb work. great B/W portrait... eyes well focused and vignette adds to the quality. TFS

There is nothing I don't like of this portrait. Love how she appears out of this surrounding black. Really well done.

Hello Roger,
I was not actually going to do a critique - just looked in to see what is on - but I cannot miss this opportunity. The choice of monochrome is very good. You wanted to emphasize her eyes and you succeeded - the vignetting worked very well. I fully concur with all the positive comments above. Sometimes, like here, B&W just cannot be beaten into second place. The illumination, both on her face and on the fur, is spot on. Very well done indeed.

salut roger,
aspen est devenu blanche et ça lui va bien ...
parfait effet de vignette

Hi,smooth and elegant tones with excellent light and composition!Friendly regards Otto.

Boa tarde Roger,
The sensuous delicacy and beauty of this four eyes Aspen seem to rhyme
