This old elevator barn did not look as though it would last another year, though I'm sure it will.I liked the huge expanse of sky in the background & converted the image to that of B&W to enhance the mood of the scene.Hope it fits this weeks theme.

Awesome composition especially in B&W! Good contribution to Friday's theme. Good dof with good contrast. Well done, tfs.

Hello Ron,
this old barn makes a fine subject for your mono treatment and the high contrast creates an atmosphere that suits the theme very well I would say.
A lovely shot.

Hi Ronald
Beautiful textures and tones. The barn has different textures, lines and tones. It looks as if it will fall down any minute. I like the lines in the field on the left leading the eye further into the scene. The clouds also add interest and drama. I don't know why but wizard of oz springs to mind.

Hi Ronald,

This is going well with the Friday's theme. The point of view is showing the détails of the architecture of the old elevator barn. The cloud formation is giving the modiness to the scen and a good contrast to ity also. Have a nice day.

Hi Ronald,
That's a great mood....seems like Monster House!
A spectacular sky!
Good B&W production.
Well done,

Francis Xavier

Hello Ronald, the dramatic sky makes the derelict barn appear quite 3 dimensional; the light on the timbers is excellent.
Would love to have the opportunity to take shots here myself!
A great choice for the theme.
Regards Jean.

Ola Ron
Excellent textures and b/w choice. Full of dramatism and excellence
um abraço

This old wooden building would not be as interesting without that so impressive sky. Great couple.
B&W was a good choice.

Hello Ron

The very dramatic clouds made this entire image work. The added element of the B/w created the mood for sure....maybe a mood of at the worlds end. A gallery piece for sure.

Ciao Ronald, great view of fantastic wooden house, superb sky, excellent clarity and splendid light, very well done, my friend, have a good week end, ciao Silvio

Bonjour Ron
I remember this barn you took in june and proposed with another angle for another friday theme. It is like an historical monument and you had for you a wonderful sky for you
The b&w seems to be the very best choice
