[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
For this Friday's theme I have posted a Chevrolet waiting for its top coat of paint!!
Having a slight preference for objects with a 'touch' of rust, this car was jst begging for a shot to be taken!

I liked the different colours that it presented.

The difficulty with taking shots at Car Shows and Rallys is that the cars are always so well polished, that it is very difficult to get pictures without lots of people being reflected on the surface of the cars and accessories.

This was taken a couple of years ago at a car show on The Hoe in Plymouth.

Thanks for looking.

Bom dia Jean,
You just could not could eleminate a reflection, you "visiting" the bright rim of car headlight... ;o}
Another gorgeous photo, with forms, colors and range of tonalities well balanced.
Great Entry.

Hi Jean,

The tight frame is putting that section of the truck in evidence. The point of view is showing the details and colours of the right side of the front end. The light has a good effect on the colours. It is fitting well with the Friday's theme, have a nice day.

Hallo Jean

Imi place POV.ul ales..., iar faptul ca asina e foarte veche...si mai si:)
Numai bine,

Hi Jean
impressive front of an old Chevy.
good handling of exposure. clear&shining details. lovely reflection on the left headlight frame.

There was a news report last night about a former car dealer who is auctioning off hundreds of old Chevy some of them have less than 20 miles on them. I like your pov and it has good dof with nice details. Wonderful colors. Well done, tfs.

A tinge of rust from the rust queen....
Neat close crop for the theme week, the old lines do look so dated against the now car.
