I used a ping pong ball.
Have you ever tried to play ping pong with a fork ?
To make this picture ... I had played ping pong with a fork .... interesting ....

The bg is a gray wall.
I played with the radius and also light and contrast.

I know that lack of sharpness on the ball but I think it works.

The fork is made of metal, the camera has chosen the focus on the fork .... GOOD work Mr Automatic mode !

Hi Daisy
Nice black and white shot. I like the way the background has a lighter halo around the ball. Like you, I think the soft focus on the ball works well.
There is some fringing around the fork handle and I can't make up my mind...Would I prefer it if the letters on the ball were level. No, I think the way you have presented it is best.

Daisy, you do not need to apologize, your work os awesome and the photo looks great, I like the bokeh and the idea, TFS

This is a unique work of a unique mind, Daisy!
Great approach with superb details of the fork and a little blur on ball shows it was in slight "motion".
Well done, Daisy!

Hi Daisy, definitely one better suited for b&w. I am glad you left the ball tilted, it doesnt look as staged with the writing on a lean.Fiona

Hello Daisy,
That must be a very heavy ping pong ball...it has bent your bat ;-)
A very nice B&W image, very sharp details, and the vignette emphasises the ball, well done.

dear daisy,
composition of the photo is very good.
I congratulate to you.

Best Regards,
Mehran Jahangiri.
