|End of the day arrives and the gulls fall asleep quietly in the milky still surrounds.|
Attempted to make the shot soft giving enough definition to the gulls so they could be identified.
Overall nice with the smoothness from the 8 second exposure; the gulls seem to have moved a little so look a litle blurred also. How about two shots, one long like this and one short and using a bit of layer magic for sharp birds and smooth surround?
you find a good sharp/ blur and the composition is very well seen, brava...I like it. it works.

I like this shot with the soft blue light but agree with David that it would be nice to have sharp birds
Hi Peter, I like the way the back post looks like its coming out of some fog with the reflection. Hope you dont think youre being picked on but I love the blue and the light but would like to see a bit more of the birds.Fiona
Hello Peter! Minimalistic but very original composition. Fine seagulls. Nice pair. Very nice background. Good cut. Well done!
The simplicity combined with the soft overall focus has resulted in a real artistic beauty. A peaceful mood being the theme, well captured and good camera work.
