That's a fine composition with wise use from the ecran.
Very nice polarized colors, especially the sky. Perfect sharpness and use from lateral POV and shallow DOF.

What a detailed shot from a wooden bridge with amazing focus and contrast against a lovely sky, Larry!

Superb sharpness and perfect POV for this location.

I like this.
The shading across the sides coupled with the two tone effect of paintwork grabs my eye. The sky is very impressive, a somewhat mackerel sky meaning a change. The foreground slope also adds appeal to your scene, well taken. TFS

The first thing I thought it was the movie "On the Madison road Bridge country" by Clint Eastwood.
This is a beautiful photo with excellent use of colors, the POV is well chosen and makes the covered bridge in value with a good perspective.
Shadows are very interesting and give life to the scene.
Very nice entry to the Friday Theme.

Good shot LAB,your chosen angle takes in the whole length of this 150ft. bridge.Looks like it requires a little touch up from the city works,the locals should ensure this wooden bridge is kept in good shape,it's part of their heritage for sure.I like your choice of composition,gives a feel for a rural area, with the small portion of the telegraph pole showing.The weathered wood of its side, balances so well with the blue sky & white clouds & I like how the shadows of the trees are caught on the red boards.Well taken.Good choice for this weeks theme.

I must admit I've never photographed a single covered bridge. Looks like Indiana is the place to visit (30 bridges). I like the shadows of the bare trees on the side of bridge. The sky has a interesting pattern along the top front of bridge. Just a great photo Larry.

Awesome capture of this covered bridge and good contribution to Friday's theme. I'm not sure how it started but I've thinking about the book "Bridges Of Madison County." Great story and good movie. I think should publish your photos of covered bridges. I like your pov and it has a good dof with nice details. Well done, tfs.
