Hi Larry, this guy has a slight baby croc look to his head. Love the yellow eye liner... Size was one of the reasons I took mostly head shots of the last one I found. Fiona

Nice capture and PP work here. You've cropped the image nicely, while still leaving a great amount of detail on this lizard. Neat POV and nicely blurred background.

Really nice. And I like how the tail fit the frame on the right :)

Ciao Larry, great macro of lovely lizard, wonderful natural colors, fine details, excellent sharpness and splendid light, very well done, my friend, have a good week end, ciao Silvio
The expression has a face but I'd like to know what he thinks.
A great picture with very good details, I like it very much.

The long crop works really well here Larry! LOVE that blur in the BG! It makes the lizard the total focus!

What a testament for that lens of yours.
Seeing your original in the WS shows what a drastic crop was used to get this stunning result.
I'm not too sure, but I think they are called Skinks Down Under.
Well seen, and well processed result.

Great perspective and pin sharp subject against the blurry BG.Lizards natural colours have come through very well.

Nice little guy, I like the elongated panoramic format, too bad you didn't do a LP with it, I would have like to see it full screen. Good exposure, focus looks sharp (the LP would confirm it) very nice "Bokeh" in the BG. Too bad he didn't turn his head the other to put lot of room in front its head. Like this he is looking directly outside the frame. Still a nice lizard picture, and an excellent contribution for the them. TFS.

excellent pov and dof. The colours and details are very clear. Good decision to opt for the crop.

A lizard like this, was sunbathing. He saw a man staring to him. He asked the man: "What are you looking at? Haven't you ever seen a crocodile?"
I guess if you would put your camera down and stared to this creature, he might ask the same question!
It's a great shot for they are so fast and scape rapidly. I've tried to capture them so i know you have done a great job to have this photo. TFS.
