Another shot of the magnificent Grand Canyon. I thought about leveling the horizon ccw, but liked the dead tree at left the way it was. I didn't want it leaning any further left. Maybe the land gradually slopes away to the right? The verticals of the stunted green bushy tree at right also look okay. Taken with a film camera using Kodak film. There was no Fuji film available. This is the South Rim around Mather's Point.

Hi Chris,

Good one to see
good sharp detailed photograph
nice composition
good depth
good lighting well done

This is a wonderful landscape shot with amazing sharpness and clarity, Chris!

I like the light here which gives this vast scenery a great harmony of colors.
The colors are natural and POV is excellent.
Well done!

Kind regards,

Bom dia Chris,
This dry tree in the foreground is stunning (in fact the entire foreground is a masterpiece).
Terrific second level that emphasizes the particular shape of the hill and then a solemn DOF that takes us far away almost to infinity.

Hi Chris,
A great different POV to the Grand Canyon. I like these trees in the FG and the height which levels the highest point!
Beautiful reddish rocks contrasting with the blue sky.
A very sharp and neat presentation.
My best regards,

Francis Xavier

Hi Chris,

The distance between the rock formation is giving depth to the composition. The point of view is showing the details and colors of the Grand Canyon. The good luminosity is giving nice tints to the colors of the scenery. Have a nice day.
